The Game Only Policy has been revised for the 2025-2026 season.  The intent of this Game Only policy is to supplement our full-time teams with game only players based on roster need.

Players interested in game only positions at the Mite, Squirt, Peewee, Bantam and Midget levels should attend tryouts to be evaluated.  In order to be considered for a game only position, the player must be registered as a full-time player with another Non-Valley team.  Game only players must submit a current copy of their full-time player contract during team registration.

Coaches will offer game only positions after the full time teams are finalized.  There are a limited number of game only positions allowed per team.

At the Board of Directors discretion, game only players may be added during the season.  Should this occur, players will be evaluated during a scheduled practice and/or game and offered a position.  

Once a player is registered as full-time, he/she may not change status to a game only position.  Game only players may move to full time status after registration.

WYH is under no obligation to offer game only player positions on any team in any year and will only do so when it is in the best interest of the organization.
